This scholarship is launched by Government of Andhra Pradesh for the students belonging to the ST, SC, EBC, BC or Disabled welfare community who are studying classes 5th to 10th. Under this scholarship the selected students will be provided fee reimbursement.

The students who wish to apply for this scholarship need to fulfil these eligibility criteria:
- The main eligibility to apply for this scholarship is that the student must be a native of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- The candidate must belong to the ST, SC, EBC, BC or Disabled welfare community.
- The candidate must be studying in classes 5th to 10th with minimum 75% attendance.
